Cadence is a new 2,200 acre planned community located just north and east of Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway in Henderson. At the heart of Cadence will be a 50-acre central park. There will also be 30 acres of walking and bike trails. In keeping with the wired world, we are living in, this community will feature fiber-optic connectivity throughout Wi-Fi in the parks. There are now four builders active in the community including Lennar, Woodside Homes, Ryland Homes and Richmond American. Lennar plans in the future to develop an age qualified community here also. Home styles will lean more to the contemporary. This is one of two new planned communities coming on-line this year including Skye Canyon in the northwest. Models are now open.
