Desert Trails is located in the Trails of Summerlin master planned community, near the Village Center shopping area. This gated community offers residents a convenient location and a series of walking trails that run through the neighborhood. The majority of large homes are located on lots that measure approximately a quarter of an acre. This neighborhood is zoned to the Palo Verde High school and other highly regarded schools in the city. Desert Trail's smallest home is approximately 2700 square feet. The largest homes are close to 5,000 square feet. Many of the homes have two-car garages. However, you may find three-car garages or extra space for your third car on the exterior. This is an electronic gate that allows for more personalization of products.
