The Paseos sits close to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. The Paseos Development commenced in 2004 by The Howard Hughes Corporation. Education: There is an elementary school site planned for future development. Churches: There is a worship site planned for future development. Parks & Recreation: The Paseos Park - 125 acre community park includes junior soccer and tee ball fields, sand volleyball court, basketball court, tot lot, children play area, picnic pavilions, interactive water feature, motorized toy area and open turf areas.
